An affiliate acquisition machine for Kora MD — built to connect independent practitioners (functional medicine MDs, coaches, clinic owners) to a $200/referral program at scale. Four weeks of build, one launch week, then a self-sustaining cold email engine running daily.

The entire engine broken into four clean blocks — from finding practitioners to closing affiliates. Each module has one job.
Apify actors run against Google Maps + SERP using Tier 1–3 query matrices (city × specialty × state). Output: name, clinic, website, phone, address — raw and unfiltered.

AnyMailFinder takes each domain and returns a verified email — or nothing. No guesses, no bounces. AI enrichment layer adds ICP score (1–10), specialty tag, and a personalization snippet. Only ICP ≥ 7 ships.

Every reply triggers a webhook → GoHighLevel creates the contact in "Replied" stage automatically. Pipeline: Replied → Demo booked → Demo done → Signed → Onboarded. VAs work from GHL. Monthly batch enrichments, weekly health checks, copy iteration on data — Hive operates this ongoing.

Three tiers · three voices.

Functional medicine MDs · highest priority
Who: Functional medicine MDs, chiropractors, anti-aging physicians. Solo practitioners on their own clinic domains, not hospital systems.

Note: IG profiles rarely expose findable business emails — pivot to LinkedIn / brand domains when IG is dry.

Who: Gym owners, PT practices, weight loss clinics.
Offer angle: "Add a 12-week transformation program. We handle everything post-referral."

Rule: Never use the word "affiliate" in subject lines or openers to Tier 3 — lead with revenue and simplicity.
ICP score ≥ 7 ships
Every scraped contact gets a 1–10 ICP fit score (specialty > geography). Score < 7 goes to deprioritized queue (still sent, just slower).
Decision rule: Specialty outranks geography — a functional medicine MD in a small city outranks a general practitioner in NYC.
